📦 Processing & Shipping

• Every costume is handmade to order.

• Standard processing time: 3–5 business days before shipping.

• Orders ship via USPS with tracking. Shipping upgrades available at checkout.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to my mistake.

• Refunds are issued once the item is received back in acceptable condition.

❌ Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled if work has not yet begun.

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials are cut or sewing has started.

🧵 Custom Orders

• Custom creations are final sale unless damaged or incorrect due to my error.

• I’ll keep in touch during the design process to ensure your vision comes to life.
